Meet HomeTele SLP's Founder
Meridith Rose, MS, CCC-SLP, is a licensed pediatric speech-language pathologist and the founder of HomeTele SLP, established in June 2020. Her journey into the field began over 20 years ago, inspired by her youngest brother’s diagnosis with autism spectrum disorder. This personal connection sparked a lifelong passion for supporting children with communication and neurodevelopmental differences.
Meridith earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Florida Atlantic University. She is licensed in Florida and Georgia and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
With nearly 20 years of experience, Meridith has worked with neurotypical and neurodiverse children and teens (ages 2–18) across a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, homes, daycares, and preschools. Through teletherapy, she brings engaging, functional, and culturally responsive speech-language services directly into her clients’ homes and educational environments.
Meridith is deeply committed to person-centered and family-centered care, working closely with caregivers to ensure therapy goals generalize beyond sessions. Her approach emphasizes the importance of collaboration, consistency, and empowering families with practical strategies.
Meridith specializes in early childhood special education and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Georgia State University. As a lifelong learner, she continuously seeks opportunities to grow professionally and better serve the children and families she supports.
